Welcome to the TEAM: A Toolkit for Everyone Aligning and Measuring

This webinar presents the Toolkit fo Toolkit for Everyone Aligning and Measuring (TEAM), a tool designed to help people think about measurement and strategy in their cross-sector health collaboratives.

With the support of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and help from partners across the nation, the Georgia Health Policy Center designed the TEAM for users with a wide variety backgrounds, needs, and perspectives. The TEAM contains four tools, each designed to help collaboratives move toward more healthy and equitable communities in different ways.
