Activating Shared Data: Lessons learned from cross-sector data sharing partnerships across the nation
Webinar

Activating Shared Data

View Webinar

This webinar details how organizations are using collaborative data to drive decisions and to plan and implement programming. Speakers from the Camden Coalition of Healthcare Providers, Iowa City Police Department, and Trenton Health Team shared how cross-sector data shapes their work.

Cross-sector data partnerships can help organizations plan and implement services and programs by allowing providers to identify the social factors that negatively impact the health of people with complex health and social needs, and better align systems that serve overlapping populations.

This is the final webinar hosted by the National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs in a three-part series on data sharing.
