View Publication

This blog post explores four opportunities for organizations invested in social determinants of health (SDOH) partnerships to speed success, including looking beyond existing relationships, understanding the availability and limitations of data, backing innovation, and doing more to advance SDOH efforts at a state-level.

The authors address core challenges that have emerged across their work to help SDOH providers enter into contractual arrangements, including cultural, data-related, and funding challenges. Addressing opportunities to speed progress will bolster those working to improve community health and well-being.
