State of the Field of Multi-Sector Data Sharing for Community Health Infographic

This infographic showcases the results of Data Across Sectors for Health’s field survey to learn more about how collaborations across the country organize their communities and develop sustainable infrastructure to promote equity, thriving communities.

In 2019, 179 respondents representing unique initiatives submitted information to the All In National Inventory. Health care, public health and social services are the most common participants in multi-sector data sharing. Among the latter, organizations focused on housing and food predominate.
