Transforming Public Health Through Collaboration with Health Care

View Webinar

This webinar highlights the importance of public health collaborating with health care and provides information about two national initiatives–the Digital Bridge project and the State Health Values and Strategies program–aimed at improving population health through reforming the delivery of health care services and exchanging information between sectors.

In recent years, there has been an increased focus on public health departments working across sectors, to improve communities. As limited funds continue to shrink and community needs evolve, public health and health care can enjoy mutually beneficial relationships to improve health and well-being.

Whether for controlling costs, improving health outcomes, or contributing to a healthy workforce, each sector has an interest in being both effective and efficient.
